Property of high noble Swiss dignitaries and was preserved with great care in the family.

18k Gold Case with a metal inner lid. Engraving on the case back with an empty monogram cartouche. Signed Vacheron Genève on the inner side. During the late 18th and early 19th centuries, watches were often signed simply "Vacheron", "Vacheron à Genève", or "Vacheron Genève".
