Movement: The movement is manually-wound and beautifully finished, the day/date complications require manual adjustment and the case is an Art Deco inspired rectangle. But, that doesn't mean Patek hasn't put its latest technology into the 5200 as well. The new caliber (built specifically for this reference) has twin in-line barrels that store enough power for 192 hours (8 days), as well as Patek's proprietary Spiromax balance spring and Pulsomax escapement, both of which reduce friction and are highly regular over time.
